Funding for the No-Cost Energy Efficiency Kit is provided by RCEA’s partnership with the Northern Regional Energy Network.
Eligibility
Humboldt County residents who are Redwood Coast Energy Authority (RCEA) or Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) customers are eligible for a No-Cost Home Energy Assessment.
