RCEA’s Rural EV Charger Network or REVNet currently has 56 ports at 29 stations in 17 locations around Humboldt County. These are the first and only publicly-owned, publicly available EV charging stations in the county!

ChargePoint
All RCEA REVNet stations are on the ChargePoint Network. To charge, download the ChargePoint app or contact ChargePoint for an RFID card. You may also charge using the tap to pay option on your credit card.
Charger Specifications
All REVNet stations are ChargePoint CT4000 Level 2 chargers with J1772 port connectors. Specific REVNet stations are also equipped with a single Level 1 pole mounted Clipper Creek charger with J1772 port connectors.
Pricing
All level 2 stations are on a Time-of-Use pricing system.
Standard Monday-Sunday Pricing
- 12am – 4 pm = $0.45/kWh
- 4pm – 9pm = $0.50/kWh
- 9pm – 12am = $0.45/kWh

Congestion Pricing
At the Eureka C St. and Providence St. Joseph Hospital level 2 stations, a congestion fee of $1/hour is added for customers who leave their vehicle plugged in after charging has been completed.
Free Charging
Free charging is available for all Level 1 Clipper Creek chargers to ADA customers only. These chargers can be found exclusively at our McKinleyville Pierson Mall, South Rio Dell, Trinidad Community Library, and Ferndale 4th Street Sites.
