Regulatory & Legislative Policy Manager
Supporting programs and activities within RCEA’s Power Resources, Demand-Side Management and Transportation departments, the Regulatory & Legislative Policy Manager monitors and reports on new regulations and legislation affecting RCEA, develops responses to proposed laws and regulations, and assists staff with regulatory compliance. Focus is on energy policy in state government, but responsibilities may also include federal and local government regulations and policies as needed.
Director – Demand Side Management
The Demand Side Management department focuses on reducing coincident demand, electrification, delivering cost-effective energy efficiency services while integrating distributed energy resources and demand response activities into customer services to maximize the use of clean and renewable local power resources.
