Project Manager – Demand Side Management
The Project Manager will implement energy projects for non-residential customers with the goal of reducing energy consumption and aligning customer energy usage with clean and renewable supplies. The Project Manager will oversee energy efficiency projects from start to finish while meeting program requirements. The Demand Side Management department’s activities include development and implementation of energy efficiency programs, local microgrids, and de-carbonization. Director – Demand Side Management
The Demand Side Management department focuses on reducing coincident demand, electrification, delivering cost-effective energy efficiency services while integrating distributed energy resources and demand response activities into customer services to maximize the use of clean and renewable local power resources.
Regulatory & Legislative Policy Manager
Supporting programs and activities within RCEA’s Power Resources, Demand-Side Management and Transportation departments, the Regulatory & Legislative Policy Manager monitors and reports on new regulations and legislation affecting RCEA, develops responses to proposed laws and regulations, and assists staff with regulatory compliance. Focus is on energy policy in state government, but responsibilities may also include federal and local government regulations and policies as needed.

The primary duties of the Program Coordinator role are associated with promoting and supporting RCEA’s many programs and services. Reporting to the Community Strategies Manager, the Community Strategies Coordinator will help with strategic marketing campaigns, community events, marketing collateral, website and social media platforms, newsletters and press releases, video production, photography, front desk customer interactions, and specific program initiatives as needed. Duties may vary and are subject to change.
