Our No-Cost Energy Efficiency Kit – valued at up to $100 – helps renters and homeowners lower energy usage with easy-to-install upgrades like LED bulbs, weather-stripping, and faucet aerators, as well as useful tools like a smart power strip. (Exact contents of kit may vary depending on availability.) These items are designed to reduce your utility bills and your environmental impact.
Eligibility
The Energy Efficiency Kit is available to customers in Humboldt, Mendocino, and Lake Counties with an active residential electric or gas account with Redwood Coast Energy Authority (RCEA), Sonoma Clean Power, and/or Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). One kit allowed per address every three years.
Funding for the No-Cost Energy Efficiency Kit is provided by RCEA’s partnership with the Northern Regional Energy Network.
