Our No-Cost Energy Efficiency Kit – valued at up to $100 – helps renters and homeowners lower energy usage with easy-to-install upgrades like LED bulbs, weather-stripping, and faucet aerators, as well as useful tools like a smart power strip. (Exact contents of kit may vary depending on availability.) These items are designed to reduce your utility bills and your environmental impact.
Funding for the No-Cost Energy Efficiency Kit is provided by RCEA’s partnership with the Northern Regional Energy Network.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a No-Cost Energy Efficiency Kit, you must be a resident of one of the following Northern California counties:

You must also have an active residential electric and/or gas account with one of the following:
- Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E)
- Redwood Coast Energy Authority (RCEA)
- Sonoma Clean Power
- Pioneer Community Energy
One kit allowed per address every three years.
