Valentine's Day Energy Efficiency Open House

Stop by RCEA’s office on Valentine’s Day between 11am and 2pm for a FREE Energy Efficiency Kit for your home. Energy Advisors would *LOVE* to discuss which items would be most useful in your home. The Kits, which are valued up to $75, may include LED light bulbs, smart power strips, shower heads, weather stripping and more.

Are you interested in reducing your energy bill? Looking for advice on appliance upgrades? Planning major investments in your home’s comfort and efficiency? Want to learn about electric rate schedule options including 100% renewable energy? Do you have questions about electric vehicle ownership or charging? Our professional Energy Advisors are here for you. Be sure to ask about income-qualified services, financing options, rebates and tax incentives.

If you plan to come, here are a few things to consider:

1) We need to document that you are an RCEA customer (that you didn’t opt-out and go back to being a PG&E bundled customer). To do that, you’ll need to fill out one of our residential applications. You can get a head start and save time tomorrow by downloading it ahead of time, filling it out, and emailing it back to us. Or you can bring it with you. See the link below, it’s a simple process.

2) An Energy Advisor will be walking you through the materials we have available and customizing each kit to best suit your home. Depending on the turnout and how long supplies last, we may have to fill out an “order” for you to pick up at a later date (or we might be able to mail it to you).

3) If you have already received a kit from us, unfortunately, we can’t provide you with another.

4) Our Energy Advisors can consult about energy efficiency to anyone who’s a customer of RCEA -or- PG&E. You will need to complete the application and make an appointment for that since it takes an hour to complete.
