RCEA Contractor and Vendor Network

Have you decided that your home or business needs upgrades to become more comfortable and energy-efficient but don’t know where to start?

Our Contractor and Vendor Network assists customers in finding local contractors and vendors who install or sell energy-efficient equipment.

Contractors and Vendors join the Network voluntarily, without qualification by RCEA. Inclusion in the Network is without endorsement or recommendation by RCEA. RCEA makes no representations, guarantees, or warranties as to any entity, company, or person included in the Network, or as to any services, products, or pricing offered by Network contractors and vendors. Customers are solely responsible for selecting a contractor; verifying its background skills, expertise, and licenses; and hiring it to perform the desired work. Similarly, customers are solely responsible for selecting a vendor, verifying the desired equipment, and purchasing the equipment.

External to RCEA’s Contractor and Vendor Network, the following state programs offer financing and incentives that are accessed through their enrolled contractors.

Tech Clean California partnered with The Switch Is On to educate consumers about the benefits of low-emissions homes and provide easy access to incentive information and contractor support.

RCEA can help you complete the TECH rebates for heat pump HVAC installations, which offer $1,000 for each residential system installed.
